I easily schedule around 50 posts in a day (which last me for about a month) using Preview app. When I say, schedule, I mean that in a day I will:
- Edit the photos & videos,
- Repost great content from my favorite Instagrammers,
- Visually plan my feed,
- Prepare the captions,
- Choose the best hashtags, and
- Schedule the posts (day & time).
For this article, I will focus on the scheduling feature of Preview. It is very, very easy. It only takes 3 steps to prepare your posts.
Schedule your Instagram posts
1. Open your caption
Tap the caption icon on the bottom bar.
2. Press the button to turn on the scheduling feature
3. Choose your day and time
And you’re done!
You can keep track of what to post during the day and week in your scheduling calendar. Tap on the icon on the top left corner.
You will receive a notification when it is time to post. Tap the export icon, in the bottom right corner.
Unfortunately Instagram doesn’t allow any apps to publish directly for you. However Preview takes care of automatically copying the caption to your clipboard and sends the photo to Instagram for you. All you have to do is paste your caption and hit publish! Super easy!
