And why don’t you have Reels on Instagram?
A lot of you have asked us how to access the Instagram Reels feature.
And some of you also told us that the Instagram Reel feature disappeared on your account. Will it come back?
Here’s what you can do and what you need to know:
1. Check Instagram app update
Go to your app store app and check if there is an Instagram app update available.
Sometimes Instagram has new updates that we need to manually download.
2. Check if Reels are available in your country
Instagram Reels are currently available in 50 countries.
Instagram said they were going to roll out Reels in more countries in the next few months.
Is Instagram Reels available in your country?
Ask your friends in your country if they have the Reel feature yet.
If they don’t, then you have to wait.
3. Wait for Reels to become available in your country
I think it is here to stay because it has become a new creative platform for so many people and businesses (the Music feature on Reels takes the posts to a new level).
Wait for a little bit longer. Hopefully Instagram will roll out the Reels feature in your country soon too!
For now, you can still plan some Instagram Reels videos. And you can also use Preview App to schedule your Reels.
This way, as soon as Instagram rolls out the feature in your country you are ready to post consistently!
4. Instagram Reels feature disappeared
Some people seem to be having the same issue.
Instagram Reels are still very new. It’s normal if Instagram is still perfecting the feature.
Usually they fix issues within a couple of days.
Someone said in the comments of one of our Instagram posts that her Instagram Reel feature disappeared and reappeared again later.
Advice: Wait a little bit and your Instagram Reels should reappear.
