How to Put a Background Photo Behind a Reels on Instagram Story

Want to make your Reels in your Story more aesthetic?

It’s super easy to put a background photo behind a Reels on Instagram Story.

To add a picture behind a Reels in your Insta Story:

First, share a Reels to your Story, like this:

It will appear in your Insta Story.

Move the Reels all the way to the top of your screen, just above the line. The line will automatically appear when you move the Reels.

Now time to add your background photo.

Open your “Camera Roll” sticker, and choose your image, like this:

You might need to make the image bigger, to fill the screen.

Place the image just below the line, like this:

And the last step:

Tap on the Reels, hold it, and bring it back on top of the background image:
