Let’s create beautiful Instagram feed ideas for yoga content (whether you’re a yoga lover or have a yoga studio).
I’m going to use Preview App to create all these feeds.
Let’s start.
Feed idea #1. Go with the flow
Post whatever you feel like posting. No stress.
If you want to create a cohesive theme, then you can:
- Use the same filter on all posts, and/or
- Take photos / videos in the same location
Tip: If you want to create a dreamy, soft, calming feed, check the “Cream” filters in Preview App.
Feed idea #2. Tiles
Alternate between 2 different types of posts. That makes it easier to plan your feed, and will also make your feed look cohesive very quickly.
You can alternate between:
- Photos vs quotes
- Photos vs videos
- Anything you can think of
Tip: You can drag and drop your posts within Preview App, so you can see where you want each post to be.
Feed idea #3. Line in middle
A beautiful feed idea for yoga is to have a line in the middle of your feed.
Think of your feed as having 3 columns.
The line in the middle can be:
- Quotes only
- Videos only
- Q&As or tips only
- Anything you’d like to highlight in the middle
Feed idea #4. Rows
Think of your feed as having rows. Each row can be a specific topic or theme.
For example, a row can be about:
- A specific yoga asana
- A specific technique
- A specific day
- Ayurvedic foods
- And so on…
Feed idea #5. Puzzle
One of my favorites is the Puzzle Feed. It’s so aesthetic to look at. It makes me want to scroll, and scroll and scroll to discover more.
You can do a Puzzle feed for:
- An announcement or launch
- An event
- Your entire feed (or part of your feed) for fun
Tip: You can use the Image Splitter feature in Preview to split a big image into individual posts.
Feed idea #6. Reels only
If you feel like posting videos only, you can. You can post videos of yourself doing yoga, or share quotes on top of videos. The opportunities are endless.
Tip: Plan as many Reels as you want within Preview App too. You can also change your cover images as often as you want until you find the one that fits best with the rest of your feed.
That’s it!
I hope these feeds give you some ideas for your account.
Have fun creating the feed of your dreams!
