Feed idea #1. Free flow
Post what you want without worrying about the “look” of your feed.
Sam @samcurby_realtor is a great example.
He delivers interesting content that appeals to both current and potential clients.
He shares:
- Testimonials
- Day in the life of a realtor (in the form of Reels)
- Selling story
- “Just closed” announcements
- Market news
- House tours
- A bit of personal life
- And so many more gold nuggets!
Feed idea #2. Listings only
Next, you can keep it super simple.
Share photos or videos of the listings you currently have, like @georgiaestate does.
This way, people can go to your feed to get a view of what you are currently offering.
Feed idea #3. Tiles
Want to design your feed in a unique way?
Let’s do it. First up, you can create a “Tiles” feed layout.
Just alternate between 2 different types of posts.
For example:
- Photos vs Reels
- Photos vs Quotes or text
- Testimonials vs Photos
You can use the drag & drop feature in Preview App to arrange the posts the way you want, before you post on Instagram.

Feed idea #4. Rows
Next, imagine your feed has rows.
You can use each row to create a different “theme”.
For example, you can:
- Showcase a house per row (each row is a different house you’re selling or renting out, or have just sold or leased), or
- Alternate between one row of text, versus one row of images or videos.
@jaysonpaytedesign posts a different house per row:
Feed idea #5. Columns
Imagine your feed has 3 columns.
Post 3 different things in those columns.
For example:
- Column #1 (left): Reels videos
- Column #2 (middle): Quotes / text
- Column #3 (right): Photos or carousels
You can decide yourself what you could post in each column.
